About the Role
CodeWords is an AI-powered platform that enables non-technical users to build automations, workflows, and AI agents by chatting. We're seed-stage, growing fast, and looking for a Social Media Marketer to own our presence across platforms and turn our product story into content that drives awareness and growth.
We've raised $13M from investors such as firstminute capital, Visionaries and angels such as the founders of ElevenLabs, Zapier, n8n, Personio, Datadog and Supercell.
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll create and distribute content across social channels, build and manage a network of accounts, both in-house and external, and work closely with the GTM and product teams to keep our social media channels active, engaged and aligned with our messaging.
What You'll Do
Content Creation & Distribution
- Produce short-form video, copy, and visual assets for LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Operate a multi-account distribution strategy across founder, product, and persona accounts
- Manage the full content lifecycle: ideation, scripting, editing (with tools like CapCut, Descript or VEED), publishing, and content review
- Build a library of use-case-driven content that demonstrates CodeWords in action
Community & Growth
- Grow our social following and engagement through consistent, high-quality output
- Monitor, respond to, and moderate comments across accounts to build an active community
- Identify and engage with relevant creators, influencers, and communities in the automation and AI space
- Source and manage relationships with video creators and editors
Strategy & Analytics
- Track and report on key social metrics weekly (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions)
- Run competitor and keyword gap analysis to surface social content opportunities
- Experiment rapidly, measure what works, and iterate (done is better than perfect)
