Software is the universal language of innovation, powering everything from global enterprises to small businesses. Creating software, however, remains the domain of a select few — those with years of technical training and engineering expertise. Despite the advent of AI assistants like ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot, turning an idea into working software still demands deep technical knowledge.

Agemo exists to change this paradigm. We envision a world where anyone can create sophisticated software tools simply by describing what they want to achieve. The future of software creation lies not in writing code, but in expressing ideas and problem solving.

About the Role

As an expert in product engineering, you have a record of building software ranging from quick prototypes to production-ready products. You thrive in ambiguity and have the ability to work in a fast and iterative environment to build products and features to delight users. You are excited about the potential of AI in enabling innovation on the UI/UX layer and redefine the way people build software.

You might be a good fit if you

In this role, you will

We do not require a specific university degree or years of experience. All we care about (and are excited by) is what you’ve been building! Please tell/send us examples of your best work.

About agemo

We marry research and engineering to build reasoning systems for software. From a human description to ready-to-use piece of software. We are a fun, scrappy and intense bunch that challenges conventional ideas about AI capabilities. We believe that to automate the creation of software, we first need to research and understand the computational principles undergirding intelligence — this has led us to working on the ARC-AGI benchmark which was recognized by industry leaders working on AGI such as François Chollet (inventor of Keras and AI pioneer) and Mike Knoop (co-founder of Zapier) who are now part of our scientific advisory board, along with researchers on the Meta Llama and Google Gemini teams.
