About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Product Engineer who can own user-facing product work end to end: shaping solutions with Product and Design, writing high-quality code, shipping to production, and iterating quickly based on feedback.This role is for someone who combines strong engineering fundamentals with excellent product judgment, design taste, and user empathy. You should be comfortable bringing clarity, momentum, and quality to a fast-moving team.

You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and design: owning features from concept to production.

What You’ll Do

• Own features from early definition through implementation, PR review, rollout, and iteration.
• Partner closely with Product and Design to shape solutions, make thoughtful trade-offs, and refine UX details.
• Ship reliably, drive production deploys, and ensure features get fully “over the line.”
• Set and uphold a high bar for code quality, testing, maintainability, and PR standards.
• Incorporate user feedback quickly and optimize for real customer outcomes.
• Help create clarity around priorities, execution, and technical direction, especially in ambiguous situations.
• Lead initiatives and support a small team of engineers by creating momentum, alignment, and accountability.
• Make pragmatic technical and architectural decisions that support product velocity and scale.
