Software has become the operating system of modern life, underpinning everything from enterprise operations to personal productivity. Yet the creation of software—and more critically, the automation of business workflows—remains inaccessible to most. Even with no-code tools like Zapier and Make, automating real-world processes still requires significant technical knowledge.
At Agemo, we’re on a mission to change that. We believe anyone should be able to build powerful, intelligent automation systems by simply describing their goals. No coding. No configuration. Just intent.
We envision a future where businesses of all sizes can orchestrate agentic workflows that handle repetitive, complex, and manual tasks—entirely through natural language. By removing the barriers to software automation, we unlock productivity, creativity, and speed at a scale never before possible.
About the Role
As the Founder Associate, you’ll work directly with the founding team across the most important areas of the business—growth, marketing, operations, product, and partnerships. Your mission is to help us move faster, think smarter, and scale better by owning critical projects from idea to execution.
This is a high-leverage generalist role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving hard problems, and wants to be involved in building a company from the ground up. You’ll work on everything from launching campaigns and talking to users to setting up internal systems and contributing to strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ops & Execution:
- Identify opportunity for optimization and automation in our internal systems, tools, and workflows to help the company operate more effectively.
- Handle special projects that cut across functions—examples might include competitor research, pilot programs, or helping onboard an early customer.
- Keep the team organized and efficient: project management, documentation, and progress tracking.
- Go-to-Market & Growth:
- Support growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention—e.g. landing pages, onboarding flows, and outreach.
- Help design and execute early marketing efforts: writing content, building decks, running social and email campaigns.
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to inform product and marketing priorities.
- Product & Customer Feedback:
- Help conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and translate insights into product recommendations.
- Work closely with founders on customer success, onboarding, and shaping the early user journey.
- Support lightweight prototyping and testing efforts—no coding required, but a builder mindset is a plus.
- Community & Brand Engagement:
- Assist in organizing webinars, launches, and partnerships that help get the word out.
- Contribute to shaping our public voice across socials, blog, and external comms.
- Represent the company in online communities and events relevant to our product and users.
You might be a good fit if you
- are a strong generalist with a bias for action, eager to get your hands dirty across functions.
- are passionate about startups, AI, and the opportunity to shape something from day one.
- are organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple high-priority projects.
- write clearly and persuasively and can communicate with both users and internal teams.
- enjoy working closely with founders, taking ownership, and moving fast with imperfect information.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment—early-stage startups, high-impact internships, or founder/operator/product roles are all great.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to quickly learn and adapt across domains.
