About the Role

As an expert in product engineering, you have a record of building software ranging from quick prototypes to production-ready products. You thrive in ambiguity and have the ability to work in a fast and iterative environment to build products and features to delight users. You are excited about the potential of AI in enabling innovation on the UI/UX layer and redefine the way people build software.

As an AI Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of AI research, product development, and frontend engineering. You’ll be a pillar of the team to prototype, test and deploy improvements to Cody, our AI automation assistant, and enable CodeWords users to create workflows and automations simply by chatting.

Your responsibilities include:

• Researching and implementing state-of-the-art methods and prompting strategies for workflow building, UI generation and code synthesis.
• Collaborating on building, monitoring and fine-tuning internal tools, datasets, and evaluation pipelines for coding agents.
• Running A/B tests and user experiments to validate hypotheses and improve generation quality.
• Bridging the gap between research and production, bringing cutting-edge techniques into a stable and scalable environment.
